By accessing or using Affiliate Hero (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including generating fraudulent clicks or conversions, attempting to circumvent tenant isolation, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Affiliate payouts you make through the Service are your responsibility; we provide tooling but are not a party to your affiliate agreements.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
